With three decades of experience in the wealth management industry, Mr. Roth serves RLR’s clients by leveraging the expertise and relationships built over time as a CEO of some of the largest independent firms in the industry; a current and past Board member of widely respected public and private entities; an investment banker who has structured dozens of value-creating transactions; and an entrepreneur who has personally acquired early-stage retail financial advice businesses and grown them to achieve highly successful liquidity events.

In his role as co-founder of White Glove, Mike provides strategic counsel on how to successfully grow and diversify the company. Having spent more than 25 years in the trenches as a financial advisor, Mike leverages the experience he gained successfully building his own practice through educational seminars. Mike is also the co-owner of InvestWise Financial, a financial firm with half a billion in assets under management.
For more than 20 years, Jeff has been responsible for generating strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and host beneficiary relationships inside fast-moving organizations and established organizations. Jeff has been with White Glove since its inception in 2015. In his role, he creates strategic partnerships and has developed numerous successful relationships with IMOs, FMOs, and financial associations across the United States and Canada.
Mike is a self-proclaimed serial entrepreneur with a background in strategic business development, operations, startups, and digital marketing. Mike joined the White Glove team in 2016 as the director of marketing and transitioned into the SVP role in April 2020.

Through the consistent review of our People, Process and Technology, he and his leadership team focus on coaching and development as well as surrounding the sales team with the right culture and tools to win, all while ensuring an effective and efficient process that will allow for the team to scale up. Before coming to White Glove, Bailey was the Senior Vice President of New Originations at Credibly. Bailey is an innovative and results-oriented executive leader with a continuous record of success in building and leading organizations.

As SVP, Head of Technology, Rob Lyons ensures the technology White Glove uses and builds is ready to meet the demands of a growing business. His key areas of focus include application development, data solutions, information systems, and workflow automation. Prior to White Glove, Lyons was VP of Technology at High-Level Marketing.
As SVP, Head of Product, Scott ensures White Glove's products and roadmap continue to solve real-world problems for advisors looking to engage prospects and clients alike. Scott's professional passion is to de-jargon FinTech and make even the most technical problems approachable to anyone interested. Prior to White Glove, Scott led product teams at eMoney Advisor and worked in Product through the early days and growth of Riskalyze. Outside of the office, Scott is an outdoor enthusiast, and can often be found mountain biking, road biking, or hiking throughout the Sierra Foothills he calls home with his family, friends, and Husky named Wolfy (his adopted name that fit too perfectly to change!)
